Because it's the kind of people who want to 1v1 that are wrecking RA?
Isle of the nameless has everything you need to test the efectiveness of your build. and if you honestly need anything else, bug your friend into customizing a hero and scrimmaging you. Anet has already shown that they are busy with GW2, why waste what little time they're spending on updates with something like this?

Isle of the Nameless does NOT have everything you need to test a build. All it has different armour variations and condition NPCs. With this NPC, you could test how good you are against an ele or w/e. And listen to this you frickin' idiot. >>>>>THEY...MAY...BE...BUSY...OR...NOT...WANT...TO ...HELP...ME...TEST...OUT...EVERY...LITTLE...STRAT EGY...I...HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND...I...ALSO...JUST...LIKE...TO...HAVE...A...FRI CKIN'...LITTLE...FUUUUNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That post made no sense at all. What if I wanted to see how effective a build was against a degen ranger, or an earth tank? Isle of the Nameless does not have those things. And if you idiots would read, I do not like taking time out of my friends' time for my own personal benefit. I'm one of the very few people left that are supportive, caring, and think of others.

Then test it in ab, hunt for a ranger, or a earth tank. People run crap in ab all the time, so no one will mind you running a test build. Oh and if you have daze and disrupts that just about takes care of an earth tank.
Seems to me you just wanna 1vs 1, try a well rounded build then your problems will be gone.

Newsflash: Nobody takes RA seriously.
Another newsflash: testing against NPCs is woefully inadequate compared to testing against humans.
Final newsflash: RA is a testing zone, get over it.

OP- No.
Bad idea. I always use Isles of nameless to test builds. Besides what is the point of beings able to control who your playing. Can you ever control who you play in any type of pvp? And don't say you can test for pve because just go out and face them urself!!

It's so hopeless with you idiots. I want to test it against an earth tank, and rarely do you see a solo capper going around. I wana test it against a snare water ele, interrupt ranger, shutdown mesmer, minion master, shadow prison assassin, Isle of the Nameless has NONE of those things. And testing it against a NPC would be so much easier. That way, you don't have teams flooding RA with noob builds.

Too bad it's already flooded with nub builds. You probably should just get better friends that are willing to help you than waste your time with a bad idea and posting it on a forum to get shutdown.

People that whine "But t3h NPC's aren't as gud as humans!!!!", seriously, its not that much different, especially if you're testing a PvE build.
And, if you're running a build thats just Anti-Earth Tank, you don't deserve to test it anyway. Besides, if you're smart enough, you should be able to tell what will work and what won't just by seeing a skill bar.
Master of Damage NPC is just fine, and if you want to see if it can hold up against blocking, try Enchantment NPC, and if you want to test it on runners, Survival (is that correct name?) NPC
